We recently placed an order for a Baby car seat and stroller, the default address in the account was of Manitoba by mistake (we currently reside in Ontario) and the order was placed. We tried modifying the address online but to no avail.
We got in touch with the Best buy customer service and they were also not helpful citing that they cannot help and offered only two solutions:
1) The reciever in Manitoba rejects the order so they can process the refund (this is hard as due Covid19, the shipments are often left at door).
2) The reciever ships us the order at their own expense.
The only thing that did not make sense was that the stroller was still in Toronto when we contacted the Best buy team and they could have easily issued an authorization note to Purolator to change the address or hold the shipment in Ontario. We have no idea how we are going to manage to get the stroller from Manitoba to Ontario without incurring further expense and also potential damages to the stroller.
I am a first time mom and this is very stressful as it was my first purchase and a very important and expensive one for that matter. I am very disappointed with Best buy and their lack of support on issues which can be mitigated in time.
Can anyone please help?

For me, there is little more frustrating when shopping online than having complications arise in the process of getting my stuff. And that's for mundane, non-essential items! I regret your having to cope with these circumstances in getting your order.
