I made a purchase just the other day that was being shipped out to a wrong address. I've tried to rectify the situation several times after immediately noticing it (within 10 minutes) but it would give me an error even though the proper address had been put in.
Unfortunately the item was shipped and delivered to the wrong address today anyway and I am incapable of going to the delivery location to have it moved, even though I tried to communicate with the parcel carrier that it needs to be rerouted. They told me to address it here with Best Buy since you sold it and placed the wrong address on it and that I would have to have a return label printed out for it. It is impossible for me to have it returned as I don't actually have the item and need to know what my options are.
