Best Buy Team,
I placed an order yesterday and while I changed the shipping address, it only made the change on (1) item. The other (2) items are being shipped to the wrong address. I was able to use the live chat function last night and while they were unable to help me, I was instructed to reach back out once the items tracking information was emailed to me. I have received this email but, I am unable to get through on the phone or chat function to speak with anyone. I would like to speak with someone ASAP to get this issue, caused by Best Buy, resolved in a timely matter.
