I recently ordered a Sony A7III open box item but when the package arrived the camera was a Sony A7II (brand new). I immediately went to the nearest Best Buy and tried to return it but they claimed they could not process the order because that was not the camera that had been shipped. Next I called BB customer service and they provided a return slip. After several days with no news from Best Buy and called customer service again and they told me they are returning me the wrong camera again because they still claim that what I returned was not the item they sent me.
So, what can I do now? I do not want this camera because is not what I purchased and the price I paid is higher than the actual value of the camera. Please help!!
