I preordered a Blu-Ray set on Jan 31st, which was shipped and arrived in the 2nd week of February, except that when I got that order, a $10 movie was inside instead of the $60 set I had ordered. There was a packing slip for a completely different customer in a completely different state included, and the outer envelope had the matching address barely covered with a hastily applied address sticker for my address.
I returned it via mail with a note explaining that I'd like a refund or exchange for the item I was promised and I haven't heard nil from anyone; no update in the order at all. During that time I was locked out of my account (password was not being accepted) for a few weeks for some unknown reason, and have checked my CC statement to see if any refund had been processed; nothing for months now. Now we're closing in on May and I have no idea what's going on. I'd really like to get what I ordered or my money back.
