Wrong Address

My order is being shipped to an address from a previous residence that I just DELETED upon realizing it was still there on a previous order. I need to change it and no rep has been helpful on the phone. I can provide full order details if needed.

Just to clarify I DELETED this address from my list and it still shipped there. UPS won't help me saying Best Buy placed restrictions. I need to get this changed ASAP if possible so that I don't have to drive 4-5 hours to pick up something that shouldn't have shipped to a nonexistent address in the first place!

Thank you for visiting our community forums. As someone who has moved quite a bit, I've shipped more than a couple packages to the wrong address. In order to help get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are typically only able to make changes within 30 minutes of it being placed.
