I placed an order for a video game and it's been delayed. Is it possible to go ahead and cancel the order and pick it up at the nearest location instead? I used a 25% off coupon and don't think I'll be able to get that back.

I’d like to check the order out to see if it is possible to adjust the order to have it picked up at your local store. That way you could keep the 25% discount. I can’t promise we can make this happen, but I’d like to at least check.
