Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback about your Samsung Galaxy Note10 pre-order. It’s always exciting to get a new phone, and we at Best Buy work hard to fulfill every order as quickly and smoothly as possible. What you describe certainly doesn’t sound normal and I can see why this is especially frustrating since customers who receive an email letting them know that their phone is ready should be able to be able to expect that information to be accurate.
As it’s been a few days since you originally reached out, at this point, have you been able to pick up your phone or worked further with the store? I look forward to hearing back with an update on if you’re still in need of assistance.
