Worst experience EVER!

<p>Like most who preordered the note 10 I am stuck empty handed. After receiving the dreaded text I tried calling the service centers and was on hold 3 hours. Tried calling my local bestbuy while on hold and that&rsquo;s when I found out about the activation issue. The person I spoke to said I can still come in and get my phone the 23rd. Came in today the phone shows ready for pickup in the system but is no where to be found so not only do I have that activation issue the store doesn&rsquo;t even have my phone. So what was the point of the preorder? To be stuck with a phone order at Best Buy while I watch other people leaving with their phone? I called around and most att stores have the phone in stock. Never going to preorder anything from Best Buy. Absolutely awful experience.&nbsp;</p>

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback about your Samsung Galaxy Note10 pre-order. It’s always exciting to get a new phone, and we at Best Buy work hard to fulfill every order as quickly and smoothly as possible. What you describe certainly doesn’t sound normal and I can see why this is especially frustrating since customers who receive an email letting them know that their phone is ready should be able to be able to expect that information to be accurate.


As it’s been a few days since you originally reached out, at this point, have you been able to pick up your phone or worked further with the store? I look forward to hearing back with an update on if you’re still in need of assistance.
