Worst customer service

I was trying to buy a phone Google Pixel 3a on Best Buy website. The offer was if I buy an unlocked phone but activate sprint on that phone it would cost 249.99. When I visited Best Buy store last Saturday, this offer was for 199.99 and I was told it would go until July 13. When I told this to Best Buy customer representative, he told me that they will be able to credit back 50 dollar when I place order online. To place an order online, he told me that I can port my current AT&T number to Sprint and place the order. However, I was not able to do that. Then, Best Buy told to check with AT&T to release my current number so Sprint can port it. When I called AT&T, they told me there is no such thing releasing a number, when you enter your details any provider can port the number. Since then, Best Buy representatives are dodging me and hang up on me when I tell them the situation. I spent 4 hours in all this - now, Best Buy should send me that phone for 199.99 as promised even if is not activated on Sprint - since Sprint is saying they cannot port the number unless I have the device.
