Worst customer service experience

Is there anyone in BB customer service that can actually help or process anything correctly? It's been over a month and I I still have not received a credit that was promised. Customer support reps that I have corresponded with go through same script and then latest update send me a UPS label?  I am not returning anything, but I am still waiting for my credit??
