Worst customer service experience

I placed online order from bestbuy.com of an apple watch. I did jot receipt order but status says delivered already contacted bestbuy and they said we gonna let me know after investigation. Dont hear proper information from customer service so called head quater and they give me replacement. Same day received email your order cancelled and you dont get any refund or replacement contact nearest law enforcement officer. Contact headquarters for next 5 days and they keep saying refund gonna issue then thy said we gonna disrupt the charges. Finally after 2 week talked to headquarters manager and they said we not able to provide replacement or refund. They wasted my more time then actually money i spend on my purchase. I highly suggest dont buy online from bestbuy go in store and pickup or purchase. Customer service is worst part of bestbuy.

Are you sure you gonna solve my issue? Bcz i see how bestbuy lie on customer service and they do not help at all looks like that. But i send all information what you needed in private you can try to resolve.

Thnkx for your support for this long but got same answerno refund or no replacement as best buy have worse customer service while buying online as I expected. Looks like you lied here also on service. Not gonna use best-buy unless i have no choice but definitely not online never only in store bcz best buy online service is worse.
