Worst buying experience ever!!!

I pre ordered a DJI Mavic Mini yesterday through the guest check in on the website and didn’t realise that there will be a problem with the confirmation email. My card got charged with the full amount instantly and I haven’t received any order details in my email even after a whole day. I have posted multiple posts and private messages in the forum and haven’t got a single reply. I am ordering for a friend in the US from India and haven’t experienced anything remotely similar to the BestBuy experience in India. I am starting to think that I have been cheated of my money at Best Buy. I will have to take this conversation to twitter if I don’t get an appropriate response by the end of the day!
