Worse Customer Service

I placed a order online, and I found a mistake on the shipping date. I try myself to fix it through the BestBuy site, but cannot do anything, so right after this, I call the Best Buy Customer Service center, the time from I placed the order to calling the Customer Service center only 5 minutes, I call in, and the automatic system pops up said the waiting time is 35minutes, and ask me if I want to get a call back from a Best Buy representative or waiting, I chose call back and do all the automatic system asked me to enter. After 30minutes, I got connect with a representative, and I tell her about my order's problem. After another 15minutes or so, I got connect to a guy call Eric, he said he cannot do anything about it with the 30minutes cancel policy. Then I asked if you already shipping the package, do you know what company was it? he answered he don't know. HOW THE HELL HE DON'T KNOW, HE WAS THE SUPERVISOR!!! I AM VERY DISPPOINT ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. I AM ON THE PHONE WITH HIM ABOUT A HOUR. WASTE TIME AND MONEY!

Haha that seems like a great trick! 30 mins cancel policy, but it'll take us 35 mins to get back to you soooo??? GET REKT

While we recommend orders be reviewed before being placed to ensure accuracy, we know things happen. Typically we allow 30 minutes before your order begins processing for modifications to be made. I understand the wait time you encountered wasn't conducive to this time frame, and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. While your order may have begun processing, limiting the modifications that may be made, a carrier may not have been assigned yet.
