Wont let me cancel in store pick up

I ordered an aio cooler and thermal paste but only the thermal paste came in a resomable time frame so I want to cancel the aio cooler but it wont let me even though the website says I can cancel in store pick ups at any time. Why is that? My order number is The order number is [Removed per forum guidelines]

That's unusual that it wouldn't let you cancel the item. If it is set for store pickup it should let you cancel at any time. One of the forum moderators should be by shortly and can get that cancelled for you after verifying the order information with you. Just sit tight and they'll be with you ASAP. Be aware that the forums work on a first come, first serve basis so it may be a day or so before they can work through the queue to your post.

For most items in our inventory, canceling an in-store pickup should be available on our website. However, for items that are a special order, this may not be an option once that order has been submitted. But let me stop guessing and see what I can do.
