I preordered my animal crossing switch in January. Then on March 13 ups tracking said it arrived in my area and I've been waiting for its arrival. Nothing came. I finally called bestbuy after a couple of days and they said my item was lost in transit so they only could refund me. I called ups and they said they could do an investigation but only if bestbuy lifted the restriction. I've called bestbuy many times now and they are not very helpful. I did the callback thing and after over 3 hours I still have no callback. This my 3rd day of trying to fix my situation or at least find out what's going on.
