Why is my order cancelled?

Hi, saw there was a sale on the Jbuds Air earbud headphones so attempted to order twice but the orders were both cancelled because you guys are "unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order."

 

Well to be fair, i put the wrong billing address in the first order so its acceptable it got cancelled. So i follow this guide and made another order by filling in the Houston,TX adress given on this page as the billing addess:

Unfortunately it got cancelled again! 

 

Can you please run a check on my orders? As I really need those earbuds

 

PS: seems like the deal is over now. Urgh
