I accidentally just placed an order for something online, but I'm not able to cancel it. I'm not sure why, considering the Best Buy website says that I should be able to cancel this item within 30 minutes of placing the order? I don't have same day delivery either. The status says "Order Received" but I can't cancel it. Please help.

No I still haven't been able to cancel my order. I saw the link you provided before I asked here, and that's why I'm confused. I wasn't able to cancel it within 30 minutes even though I should have been able to.
Now my order says "Preparing" and I still can't cancel it.

Although I cannot say for sure what led to your inability to cancel your order earlier, I would be happy to check on the order status for you. I will be honest and say that I am afraid we will not be able to cancel it at this point, but we can certainly try.
