Why I can't cancel my order?!

The website should "Sorry, something went wrong, please try again later. [006]"

 

I already bought a same product on amazon, I don't want pay twice!

Depending on where it is in the process, it may not be able to cancel the order. Once it is being picked it is not possible. You’re welcome to return it you do not need it. Just make sure to do it within the return window.

Welcome to our community forum. I can certainly understand only needing one of a product. In order to help fulfill your order as quickly as possible, you can typically only create an order within 30 minutes of your order being placed.
