Recently I bought a $1092.49 Sony camera and I've changed my mind and returned it. I know I have to pay $150 for the restocking fee. And today I got an email with a receipt attached to the $942.49 refund. However, I got a notice from the credit card company that $942.49 had been paid. Now the status of the transaction is pending. But I don't think the transaction is a refund. Because it is added to the total amount of my spending. I don't understand why this is happening. I called customer service, but the phone hangs up.
