Who do I contact do make a formal ELITE complaint on poor shipping of order

I ordered a printer which as a a BBY elite thought I had "expidited" shipping.  I needed this printer in my house by 12/31/18.

 

BBY shipped this printer by UPS "ground or slower than groun it seems" : and thus it will now not be delivered until 1/2/19

 

Very unhappy and likely will return it.    BBY Elites have an expectaion of service.  I will now not order items for shipping given this slow service.  Never had an issue with BBY before.

Expedited shipping is one of many perks our Elite and Elite Plus members enjoy as part of the My Best Buy™ program, so I can definitely understand why you’d be frustrated having seen your order get delayed.  As inconvenient as it may be, delays can occur for any number of reasons, but I realize that doesn’t make things any less frustrating for you.

 

I’m hopeful that this isolated experience won’t cause you to rethink shopping with us in the future.  If you’d like to keep us updated and let us know when your order arrives, we’d be happy to explore possible options with you at that time.

My BBY package finally arrived today.  Please let me know if there is anything that BBY can do for the delay in reeciving the the shiopment.  Thanks,

I really need to speak with a BBY Manager or represenative.  Upon reviewiing the package - the printer had been shipped to another customer - UPS label sill on the box.  THe box was opened and resealed and shipped to me.  I will not open and return to BBY for expidited replacement.  Never had this happen to me from BBY.

I am fully aware of my rights to return - which I will. Since you are unable to compensate me for this poor experience - i will call the elite desk and NOT accept this solution,l Its one thing to miss the expedited solution - but to do that and send a product that was packaged like it as refurbished,.

Giveing everyone an update.  While this forum did not provide me signficant support - I called the BBY Elite Team and they quickly resolved my issue with excellent customer sevice.  Thank you BBY ELite Phone Team.
