I have been waiting for my refund since October 25,2022 for my missing product in the package. Spoke with a TON of customer representatives, including supervisors and corporate. They kept telling me I would receive the email confirmation regarding my refund within 24-48 hours and NOTHING. Emailed Best Buy support and it's been a while and nith8ng back from them. After speaking to the first super visor. They told me to wait. I called back again and then the Best Buy customer representative told me I am not allowed to speak to a super visor. They told me I would get my refund I have plenty of pictures staking from representatives that I will get my refund. And it's been three weeks and I did not receive nothing from Best Buy. This is the worst customer service and it's so sad to see customers getting treated like thus. In addition being really frustrated with this order one of the Best Buy customer representatives was talking to me a yet another customers order regarding Sams Club??!! Like what. This is just super super unprofessional

Hi there, I am having somewhat of the same issue. This morning they e-mailed me telling me I would not be receiving my refund actually after a month of being told I would if I did not receive my laptop.They said to go to the police instead. I am trying to post my issue also but the post keeps getting removed.
