Where is my order?

I would like to know where the hell my order is? 

You guys took my money and and it has been over a month, everytime I call i get one answer that someone will call you and I have never received a call or email back.someone gave me 10% discount but no confirmation even on that no email. Super frustrating experience with Best buy and worst customer service. Here is the me trying to find my product and you guys did absolutely nothing about it. 


-Placed an order on 25th Nov

Order supposed to be delivered on 5th dec but it didn't arrive.


-Called on 6th dec , spoke 2ith lady and after 30 min call she said someone will call me.


-Called on 8th dec and received case number in email on dec 12th, 


Best buy case number # {removed per forum guidelines} Dec 12th Auto reply that someone will contact in 5 to 7 buss days 


Best buy 10 % discount spoke with a guy and after 45 min call the call got disconnected called again and spoke with Malika {removed per forum guidelines} case #  {removed per forum guidelines}. Dec 21 and looked like she opened and closed ticket not sure why would she do that?? 


Called dec 25th Don't remember the name

Jan 2nd called again and spoke with Avneet and as everyone else before she also assured that someone from headoffice will call me on Monday by latest but she would request a manager to call me on Sunday.



I have called Purolator 2nd Jan  and they mentioned that they never received anything from you guys yet. 


Could you explain why no one reached out to tell me where is my product it's now 1.5 months?????????
I am super frustrated
Where is your customer service/care, is this a joke or what

Should I file complaint against you guys for fraud as no one is responding me since over a month and my $327 is with you.

I have and not once but multiple times as per my post year as you can see, this is first time I am trying forums and tweets.

Thanks for clarifying for us that you made this purchase in Canada. While I would love to help you with this here, our team is meant to assist with purchases in the United States, so I don't have the tools to view purchases made in Canada.

 

I know I'm not a fan of calling in and explaining the same situation over and over, only to not receive a follow-up or solution. That's why it makes me sad to learn that has been your experience while trying to get this resolved. I can understand why that would make you hesitant to keep reaching out and want to search for other methods. You mentioned that along with reaching out to our forum that you sent us a tweet for support. Did you send your messages to the Twitter handle @BestBuySupport or @BestBuyCanHelp? You would want to send any messages to @BestBuyCanHelp, as that's our handle for help with purchases made in Canada.

 

While I can't access your order here to review options to help, I'd be happy to forward your information over to the correct team to get support with this. I don't see a private msg option here, i only see add comment and accept solution, I did both and I didn't take me to private msg. Please forward my information to responsible department..
