I placed an order on March 4th, The tracking shows it was delivered on March 6th which was yesterday. I called USPS and they said it had been delievered as well. What are my options in trying to either get another speaker or getting a refund for this since I never got it?

Welcome to our Best Buy Forums and into our community.
We certainly want our customers to receive their orders on time as promised. I can imagine it hasn’t been an ideal experience with not receiving your speaker. In some cases, we have seen that packages are delivered to a nearby neighbor.
Have you check with your local neighbor in make sure the order was not delivered to the wrong address by mistake?
