Where is my order??? Shipt post

Hey 

 

I ordered a $2K device and NO SIGN!! Left out in the open and stolen.

 

I ordered via same day delivery and order was handed to something called ShipIt. It was very clearly stated that if the delivery person can't reach me, they'll take the order back AND that a sign will be required.

 

Instead the delivery person just leaves it outside the leasing office, no sign. Does not even bother coming up to my apartment which is 0.2 miles from there.

 

ATtache dphoto. By the time i reached the package was gone like of course.

I'm so worried best buy will just steal my money here. Please refund ASAP i'll buy what i need in person, thank you.

 

Also no customer support after 7PM - why deliver during that time??? So stressful.

Not trying to sound negative or anything but because its a $2,000 item an investigation may need to take place through Best Buy. Does your apartment complex have cameras that you can see the footage of what happened? In the event of an investigation, if Best Buy determines it was delivered correct you may need to contact local Law Enforcement to handle the situation if it was stolen. Best Buy will work with any parties involved in order to conduct a more through investigation of the theft.

Just a little bit of commentary about deliveries. I live in an apartment complex and Amazon has always been leaving packages in the mail room without taking them to the individual apartments. This lead to things getting stolen in our complex. 

 

It leads me to believe that new people may be hired recently for the deliveries and don't want to do the hard work to make sure a customer gets their package. Just my two sense.
