I ordered an item and it claims it was shipped, yet the shipping information says:

"Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet". This has been the only update for several days now, which means that a shipping label was created but the order was never actually shipped out.

When will the order actually ship instead of just marking it as shipped but not actually shipping it?
