Website acting strangely when processing refund

Hello, I have recently purchased a set of jaybird run earbuds, only to find that they do not fit me correctly.

I purchased these earbuds as a guest (that is to say, i had no best buy account)

 

I opened up my email, used my order link, and clicked the button titled "Return & Support Options".

It asked me to confirm my phone number, which I did.

 

The website then asked me to sign in, so I made an account, linked the phone number used to purchase the earbuds, and used the link in my email again, only this time, the link redirected me straight to the best buy homepage.

 

Regardless of how many times I tried to reach the old page, it would redirect me.

I tried to log out, and that let me access the old page with the "Return & Support Options" button, but ran into the same problem in which it asks me to log in before I can access any options.

 

What is the correct course of action in my situation?

Welcome to our community forums. As someone who wears constantly, I know I wouldn't want to wear a set I didn't love. I'd be glad to give you some more details about our Return & Exchange Promise.

 

Because you made this purchase online, there are a couple different options to make a return. You can visit your local Best Buy or have a return shipping label generated here. Please keep in mind we will typically process a return by mail 7-15 days once it has arrived.
