I am trying to update my default shipping address. When i click save, the best buy keeps updating it to a similar address near mine, which is not the correct address.

Welcome to our forums!  Generally speaking, the addresses we’re able to accept in our system are based on what UPS will accept, as they are our most common shipping provider.  This may explain the issue you’ve been running into as of late, and while I can’t guarantee a particular outcome at this time, I’ll be happy to take a closer look and offer any additional assistance I can.

For me to begin my research, I’ll ask that you send me a private message with the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your current U.S. mailing address
