Webroot charge

I have been getting charged for Webroot twice a year for three years. I called to complain and they said there was nothing they could do about it. The double charges started when I bought a new laptop 3 years ago. Any suggestions???

So I take it I am out the money I should not of been charged for Webroot. ( getting charged twice a year since 2016). I have only one laptop. I am really upset about this. This will be my last purchase from Best Buy.

As we discussed in private messages, because you had two active Webroot subscriptions, you were charged for both. Please follow up by replying to my latest private message if you have any additional questions about that.
