I attempted to order an item. I noticed my old address was still in the system(I had removed this address previously) I switched to my new address. I didn't notice until I received the notification of delivery that it was not in my mailbox or porch. I checked the order on bestbuy.com(Desktop) and noticed it was delivered to my old house. I called support and they said I needed to return the item. I cannot return the old item as I do not have it.
Any assitance would be helpful.

Our system will send an order to the address that is selected as the shipping address when an order is placed. While I cannot guarantee a specific result, I would be delighted to take a look at your order. To do so, I would just need you to send us a private message with your order number, phone number, full name, and email.
