Have been trying to place an order online since Dec 2017.

First they told me It was my credit card

second i ordered too many tvs.


And today, I tried placing an order few minutes ago for "one" monitor (Order Number:  {removed per forum guidelines}), which I have never ordered online. Now what is the excuse?


I think one year is enough wait for an online account to be ok to ship.


What is the point of having an online account if you are not going to authorize to ship.


I am waiting for someone to respond, or please call give me a phone number to call. I am an elite plus member with points I cannot use.


Patiently waiting for a response.
