Dear BestBuy support team,
During the last week I wasn't able to buy the "Logitech - G413 Wired Gaming Mechanical Romer-G Switch Keyboard with Backlighting - Silver" no matter how many time I tried to. After the checkout, I receive an e-mail that informs me "We were unable to verify your information". I use my card all the time so I can guarantee that the problem isn't within the card. I double-checked all my personal informations but I wasn't able to solve the issue.
I hope I could get the keyboard soon.

I haven't experienced it often, but I do know that having an order cancel unexpectedly can be quite frustrating. I was discouraged to hear this happened to you when shopping with us online recently. I'd be happy to see if there's anything I can do to help here.
Using the information in your forum profile, I was able to locate your recent order. BestBuy.com does not ship to known freight forwarders and most business addresses. I recommend placing a new order to a U.S. residential address, or making your order for Store Pickup at a Best Buy store.
