I am having a serious problem with placing my order. It was about buying an iPad Pro 12.9 inch 256 GB. I tried to place my order many times, but after a while arrives an email informing me that my order was canceled because it was impossible for your system to verified my information. I have to notice that I choose an international payment method and I followed exactly the relevant instructions. I used this exact billing address: “10780 Kempwood Dr. Houston, TX 77043”. What else can I do?

Yesterday I saw that Best Buy lowered the prices at iPads and macs so i decided that’s this THE BEST opportunity for buying one. I followed the procedure but after all I am receiving the same message: unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order. I tried to place my order 30 times after I double checked my bank account, my credit card and all the information, but immediately I am receiving the cancellation email. As I am reading to other posts I understand that this is an interior problem of Best Buy! So what is this is? A scam or advertising trick (selling an iPad 200$ down), without selling it for real, as only some (if none) of the customers could make a true purchase?!

It is an internal issue of Best Buy. It’s not your fault!! It’s a scam of bestbuy. For example the sell some items 200$ off, but they don’t really sell it (because they can’t make so big deals), so they automatically cancel your orders. The same happens with pre orders, because they have a small amount of these items. So all this is an advertising trick!! When the prices will go up to normal, they will “unblock” your credit cards.

The last 3 days I made 40 orders of an iPad Pro 256gb (799$) and all were cancelled. An our before, I made a purchase of the same iPad Pro 256gb, which today costs 949$ and my order passed!!!!So you can guess what is happening. I called Apple and they informed me that No one can sell their new products in US in this great deal (150-300$ off).

Because these prices are just (how to say?) advertising scams to attract customers to the site. So they just automatically cancel the purchases and block the credit cards until they rise the prices and unblock the credit cards.

These prices of iPad Pro were a scam of Best Buy. No one could buy them. They were not really promotional prices!!

Thank you for making Best Buy your shopping destination for your iPad Pro, although I apologize for any troubles these cancellations have caused, and I’m truly grateful to point you in the right direction!
International Orders have very specific credentials needing to be entered correctly to avoid any cancellations, but sometimes we’re just unable to verify some of our customers who shop online. When this happens we welcome our international customers to call (612) 292-0995 at any time for assistance or to place your order over the phone.
Please use the phone number above to place your order, and be sure to keep us posted!
