Hi, I am a new member of the best buy membership and credit card. Also I am using the Best Buy Credit Card to take advantage of the 12 month Financing. I have citi best buy credit card with best buy and when i try to use it to buy myself a pc the order goes through for about a day or two then best buy sends me an email saying 

Please update your payment information.

We were unable to process your order with the payment information you provided during checkout.

 

I have contacted both best buy and citi bank before about this issue. Citi says that the funds are availaible and that best buy is the one blocking purchase.

I have authenticated and verifed the credit card information to the account. I have also linked my citi account with my best buy account.

None of these have provided any soultion. 

I will now try and see if anyone can fix my problem here.

I hope you are having a great day today! Thank you for taking the time of your day to reach out to us here on our Forums although I wish it was under better circumstances. I agree with you making a purchase should be a quick and easy process but  sometimes when you're dealing with credit card payments there are verification delays. I know because its happened to me before. I would like to look into this for you. To start could you send me a private message with your full name, phone number, order number, and email.
