Ordered a tv online last night, spent time today switching cars with a friend so I could pick up my new TV only to find out later that there was a glitch in the Best Buy computer system and the TV I bought was not in stock, oh but of course for only $200 more I could buy the newer version of the TV.

Sad. I order almost everthing from BB online and I have never had an issue.
