I purchase an Amana washing machine from Best Buys last July and after the second week of it not working correctly I contacted both Amana and Best Buys. Best Buys told me they could not replace the washer or refund me the money and I had to go through Amana to fix it as it was under warranty with Amana. Amana has done nothing to repair the washer saying that according to their Engineers there is nothing wrong with the machine. A repairman from Fast Appliance has been out a dozen time. I feel as though I have been ripped off and would like a solution to this issue.
