Welcome to our community. Like you, I try to make sure my purchases are all for new in box items and, on those rare occasions it's happened, when I discover that it's not it can be quite disappointing.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, as I'm sure you know, you're welcome to return it to us. Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise allows for the return or exchange of most products within 15 days of purchase (30 days for My Best Buy Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members).
