So I purchased a tripod for 14.99 and it was like $5 shipping for next day delivery. I then got an email today saying that there was a problem and it wouldn't be able to be delivered today and to logon and make changes. I logged on and changed it so it would be delivered the next day instead, but then I noticed I was charged ANOTHER $5... so now my order is up to $24.99 or so when it was originally $20 for delivery a day LATER. It makes no sense to me. I have to go to the store to pick something else up now so I'd rather just pick it up now for $14.99 but I can't cancel the order because it's been processed. Any possible help with this or if all the shipping charges could be refunded I'll just keep it as delivery. I just ordered an $800 laptop from bestbuy.com also. Let me know how I can get help. Thanks.
