Want to cancel a pre-order but it does not show up on my Order Status Purchases

I recently placed a pre-order for the Star Wars The Black Series Qui-Gon Jinn figure on 1/29/01. I have now decided I want to cancel it but the pre-order does not show up in my Order Status Purchases for me to be able to cancel it. I paid for it using PayPal and got a email from PayPal but never got a email from Best Buy for the pre-order. So I am hoping I can get help on this to have it canceled as I was charged for the pre-order. Thanks.

Welcome back to our forums!  We try to make the order cancelling process as straightforward as possible, so it’s disappointing to hear there seems to be a bit of a roadblock preventing you from cancelling your Star Wars The Black Series order with us!

 

It’s entirely possible the order is not appearing within your purchase history if you weren’t signed in when you placed the order, but I’ll be happy to take a closer look, and see what we can do to get this order cancelled as soon as possible.  For me to begin my research, I’ll just ask that you send me a private message with:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address

 

When your order was placed, you hopefully would have received an email confirming we’ve received your order which would contain your order number, and if so, I’ll ask that you provide me your order number as well.

 

As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our Support Forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me this information.  If you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.

I got this taken care of through the online chat help. I believe it was a Elenaor that helped me.
