Waiting on 2 refunds

I am having trouble with 2 orders and I can't seem to get any competent help from your chat or phone reps. Order {removed per forum guidelines} was returned, and received at Best Buy on 10/09/2020 but I have still not received a refund.

 

Order {removed per forum guidelines}, receipt number {removed per forum guidelines}. For this order, I originally purchased a macbook, realized it was not the latest model, so I exchanged it and they ordered a different one for me from the Bangor ME store. I paid for overnight shipping but didn't receive it until 3 days later. I was assured by your chat reps OVER A MONTH AGO that I would get a refund for the shipping charge $31.92 within 48 hours. I still have not received it.
