Waiting for Refund of a Cancelled Order

So, this is the first time I have ever ordered from Best Buy Online. 

 

On Friday, February 9, I bought an external hard drive: WD - easystore® 8TB External USB 3.0 Hard Drive (Order Number: {removed per forum guidelines}. Few minutes after ordering, I received an email saying that the order was cancelled "due to payment issues". 

 

When I talked to one of the Agents (who was very rude) told me they didn't receive the money, something that can't be possible as I have the bank proof that I have been charged for 171.19 USD (including shipping and taxes). 

 

I called my bank to confirm this and they explained that my credit card was indeed charged for this full amount.

 

 

So in few words at this point I don't have the product I wanted to purchase and I don't have my money either, which is very frustrating to say the least.  

 

I have contacted Customer Support since Friday and all they said was to "wait to be contacted", but I haven't received any emails, therefore I decided to open this thread. (I have been sent this case ID: {removed per forum guidelines}.

 

I have never, ever, had any payment problems across other platforms, and certainly, money doesn't disappear just like that. 

 

Please refund the entire value to my credit card, or send the hard drive, as promised.

Attaching bank proof that the movement was made on my Credit Card.

 

{removed per forum guidelines}

 

As you can see it clearly shows -172.90 USD

 

Still waiting for the refund, please help.

I am sorry to hear that this refund has not been processed yet, I know when something is cancelled I want to get my refund as quickly as possible. Ok I have received the refund, slow process but it's here.

Additionally I would like to state a complaint against: Darvy S from the customer chat. Really aggresive person and certainly he doesn't have idea about customer care or service.

i have the same problem as Logan,i contacted my bank and they explain that BB have not refunding the money yet
