I don't even have the words to describe what terrible shipping I received from Bestbuy. The box was not in good shape in fact it was ripped apart. How in the world did my item get shipped in a box with zero packaging inside to protect it, and ensure I received a quality product I paid for. The soundbar and subwoofer was tossed into a box, that was probably too big, and not secured(zero packaging) . Terrible
I understand this was a "Open Box" purchases... but to send it in a open box with out any packaging or care? YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASED!
I am at a loss for words here. I have been a faithful Bestbuy customer for decades. You can see the amount of money I've spent with you. I dont know if this soundbar even works.
Something has to be done to make this right, or I will never shop with Bestbuy instore or online again!
I was unable to attached photos of the packaging. Someone needs to reach to me ASAP so i can email that and show them how horrible this was.

We are generally unable to receive photos here on our community forums. While I understand the packaging of this sound bar was damaged, is there any damage to the product itself? Is it working incorrectly?
