WORST customer service

I am appalled by Best Buy and will never buy from here again. I am even considering sending back the microwave and fridge I purchased just because of how awful they treat people. My fiancé and I bought over 3,000 dollars of appliances through bestbuy.com in February. We received everything in May. The stove was damaged when it arrived. They took the stove back and were great. They refunded me 100 dollars off and sent me a new one. Finally get the second one and that one is damaged as well. Worse than the first one. I was put on a wild goose chase to try to get another ordered. I had to call multiple people to get the problem solved. In the meantime I call the manager of the Idaho falls location to try to get this figured out. I tell him I’m shocked they aren’t doing anything to help the customer be satisfied. He tells me “well I had to wait 9 months to get my fridge… so.” I am sorry, but that is extremely rude when a customer has had not one but now two stoves delivered damaged and his response it that he had to wait for his fridge for 9 months. He also told me I wouldn’t be getting my stove until September. I did not settle for that, so they managed it to get here two weeks later. He also told me he would call me to see if he could get more money taken off my stove for the inconvenience. He never called. 2 weeks comes and I get the now 3rd range. Guess what? Damaged AGAIN. THREE times. So I called to get a full refund. The lady on the line told me they couldn’t see the order cleared that I would have to call back later. I call back later and tell the new lady that the geek squad reps told me if I ordered a Samsung it would be packaged better than a whirlpool. I ask her if she can do a range in the Samsung for around the same price and I won’t cancel. She tells me I have to call back. I call back this morning and am put on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on. DO NOT purchase anything through these people. It has been absolutely miserable.

Setting up a new home for you and your fiancé should be a fun and exciting time, so I can understand your frustration with receiving a damaged range, and not getting the support that you needed to get a replacement.
