I came to the forum looking for assistance after many attempts over the chat, email and phone trying to get a refund for an item that was delivered over a month ago, agents and supervisors you name it, and I come to see that most of the posts here are regarding customer service, I really hope someone over at Best Buy that really cares would really do something about this. I have had multiple cases closed, agents have told me and promised in some cases a resolution within 24 hrs then 48hrs then days, then weeks and now I am into months. I have been fooled around and laughed at, but I just won't give up.until.somebody makes it right. Does anybody know of any other solution? Any other phone numbers or contacts to reach out to?

The agent is being helpful. All other agents will tell you this, this is for your own security and for liability reasons.

This is not shared account, and if it violated anything, why was the purchase accepted,, it was good enough back then!. It is my wife's email with my credit card, and we gave you legit information, you just don't want to help. Is it not possible to be assisted by a different agent as requested before?
See above responses for the answer. It's not going to matter if you get a different agent.
