WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER-but I guess you know that!

I came to the forum looking for assistance after many attempts over the chat, email and phone trying to get a refund for an item that was delivered over a month ago, agents and supervisors you name it, and I come to see that most of the posts here are regarding customer service, I really hope someone over at Best Buy that really cares would really do something about this. I have had multiple cases closed, agents have told me and promised in some cases a resolution within 24 hrs then 48hrs then days, then weeks and now I am into months. I have been fooled around and laughed at, but I just won't give up.until.somebody makes it right. Does anybody know of any other solution? Any other phone numbers or contacts to reach out to?

As I also mentioned to you by private message, as per your request by the way, the purchase was made using my wife's account and my payment information. You requested her to make another account under my name and that I should make another post to be helped since I it was my card that was used to place the order. We followed your instructions, despite the fact that the purchase had been placed under her account. and on top of that we gave you all the information you requested and even offered to scan the credit card used to make the purchase As I mentioned to you as well, you are now trying to make it look as a verification issue so that I don't get the proper assistance which is a first, I guess best buy is running out of options not to process my refund. Let me stress out that if you were to process a refund, it will go back to the original payment method so it really makes no sense that you are now focusing on verifying the payment information so hard, which was given to you anyways.I also mentioned that the reason I was using the forums now is because they have not helped me over the phone, email nor chat so I don't understand your point in sending me back to the options that I have already used and have not worked for me. I kindly request for another agent to look into my situation since you are obviously not being helpful, and I would appreciate that my request is taken into consideration.

The agent is being helpful. All other agents will tell you this, this is for your own security and for liability reasons.

Yes, but I did provide the information he requested and followed his instructions, and now he tells me to call when I came to the forum looking for help because I was not helped over the phone,so I am still going around in circles

This is not shared account, and if it violated anything, why was the purchase accepted,, it was good enough back then!. It is my wife's email with my credit card, and we gave you legit information, you just don't want to help. Is it not possible to be assisted by a different agent as requested before?

See above responses for the answer. It's not going to matter if you get a different agent.
