I got approved for a credit card and was told I can use this online before my card comes in the mail (it has been 2 weeks, still no card)....I am trying to order online, but the authorization keeps failing... granite, I have not received my card to update the card number & securiy code. I have called and called best buy support and best buy citi bank people and they keep toggling me back and forth to re-add my credit card.... I keep readding and readding and the auth keeps failing... can anyone fix this? there is no telling when the card will come and i've missed out on purchases because they go sold out fast

Before trying to place your next order, I would recommend re-linking your credit card to your Best Buy account using these steps. If you haven't yet received your card, it may be beneficial to request a replacement by calling Best Buy Credit Card support through Citibank at (888) 574-1301. If a replacement card is issued, you may need to wait for the new card to arrive before being able to use it, as the original card may be linked to your account.
