I ordered a Wacom drawing tablet and it was meant to be delivered today. But suddenly this morning Best Buy told UPS to return it and Best Buy can't tell me why. I would like to know why I am getting screwed over and not getting the package that I had to miss work to sign for!

It's exciting to get new tech. I apologize for anything unexpected that might have happened with your order, and for any inconvenience that this has caused. If the shipment has been routed to be returned to Best Buy, we would expect that a refund would be processed after it has been received at our returns center. You may be able to purchase or re-order the tablet for store pickup at your local Best Buy store location.
