Same here! keep on looping on me!
I've twice managed to get the card into my shopping cart,
But I couldn't finish the transaction because I can't check out and do the store pick up.
i've tried multiple stores even located 60miles from my home store.
it still gave me problems

Hey, Aknake,
We appreciate you taking the time to post to our forum about this, and given this experience trying to purchase a GPU I can certainly understand your concerns. The only real possible resolution here is for you to clear your browsing history, and clear your cache/cookies. In addition ad-blockers can't be running. If that doesn't work the only real option is to make your purchase of this item at a Best Buy store.

I hear you. This has been forwarded to the appropriate team here at our Corporate Headquarters numerous times, and they are aware of this concern. For now the only solution we can provide a customer is to clear their browsing history/cache, to try multiple browsers on multiple devices, and to make sure they are not using an ad blocker. At this point, if those steps do not work the only option is for a customer to purchase the item at their local Best Buy store.

Just to kindly inform you. Most of us, in this case; me, have been doing this for months.
And also most of us (not to brag or anything) are computer literate(we are hunting for GPUs not coffee-makers
At the very least, we know how to clear some browser cache, use different browsers, and even access using from different computers.
I could be wrong, it could be the backend inventory apps which is not working efficiently.
We do appreciate it if you be able to assist us in seriously delegating this vexatious matter to the right party.
