I am so frustrated right now. I get notified when GPU’s drop on your website. I go right to the product and add to my cart. It says I need to wait in line. Then after a while it says “verify account” and I click on that button. Then it sends me back in line and continues that loop until it says sold out. This has happened to me so many times. Fix your system! Any solutions for this please?

I've twice managed to get the card into my shopping cart,

But I couldn't finish the transaction because I can't check out and do the store pick up.

i've tried multiple stores even located 60miles from my home store.

it still gave me problems

We appreciate you taking the time to post to our forum about this, and given this experience trying to purchase a GPU I can certainly understand your concerns. The only real possible resolution here is for you to clear your browsing history, and clear your cache/cookies. In addition ad-blockers can't be running. If that doesn't work the only real option is to make your purchase of this item at a Best Buy store.

That is really not a solution at all. This seriously needs to be looked into because several people have the same issues and surely it doesn’t happen because browsing history isn’t cleared… please elevate this to a technician team. I have screen recordings of me trying to check out and demonstrating what this loop looks like. Please get me in touch with someone who can help

I hear you. This has been forwarded to the appropriate team here at our Corporate Headquarters numerous times, and they are aware of this concern. For now the only solution we can provide a customer is to clear their browsing history/cache, to try multiple browsers on multiple devices, and to make sure they are not using an ad blocker. At this point, if those steps do not work the only option is for a customer to purchase the item at their local Best Buy store.

Just to kindly inform you. Most of us, in this case; me, have been doing this for months.

And also most of us (not to brag or anything) are computer literate(we are hunting for GPUs not coffee-makers

At the very least, we know how to clear some browser cache, use different browsers, and even access using from different computers.

I could be wrong, it could be the backend inventory apps which is not working efficiently.

We do appreciate it if you be able to assist us in seriously delegating this vexatious matter to the right party.

@Allan-BBY your suggestion didn’t work for me. I already tried clearing my browser history and cookies. I also, tried using different devices, operating systems. I though there’s a problem with my account. I tried another account but it’s still same issue!!! I was told becoming a totaltech member will improve my chances but didn’t do any thing different.

I purchased all Gaming pc components from Best Buy and ready to be assembled but missing the graphics card. I am planing to return all the components because I cannot purchase a GPU. I’ll wait for couple more weeks if I don’t purchase one I I’ll return before the deadline.

@Allan-BBY just FYI, items that require account verification aren’t sold in stores. Suggesting that an alternate solution is to “purchase the item at their local Best Buy store” feels like a bit of a slap in the face, since it isn’t an option.
