VERY BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!

Everyone must be careful purchase Best Buy Online!!! I ordered a Razer- Blade Stealth 13inch laptop on Best Buy  Mar 26,2020, and it delivered by 4/1/2020, but the package lost.  My girlfriend stay home for whole day waiting for it. After I got phone message from Best Buy that shows my package delieved front door. I call my girlfriend check outside immediately, but nothing in there.  I called Best Buy customer service immediately, and they told me waiting for other department send me email. Today I got they answer, "

We've concluded our investigation and have determined we will not be providing a refund or replacement item .

At this time, we encourage you to work with the carrier and/or local law enforcement regarding this matter."  Why I need be responsible for this??? Best Buy doesen't care their customer!!!  Also, they don't require UPS customer's signture or call customer when customer doesn't at home! Anyone had this experience before? I need help now. Thank you!

None. I called UPS they are investigating now. Im still waiting their report. How about u?

Thank you for your reply. and I still need help. I called UPS on Friday 4/10/2020, they said investigation result that unable to located package, and UPS send report to Best Buy. Also, they said Best Buy will be responds this case. So I called Best Buy customer service, they will view my case again than give me their dicsion by email. On Monday they give me answer as the same last time "This email is in response to the issue you reported for order # {removed per forum guidelines}.Weve concluded our investigation and have determined we will not be providing a refund or replacement item."So,  Faith-BBY can you help me? During COVID-19 this hard time, I am still buying your stuffs, please don't me down. Thank you.
