Used progressive to buy items

I used Progressive to buy my items and opted to pay for Monday delivery for 11.99 instead of free Tuesday delivery. After I paid and it said payment accepted I got a text saying there was a problem and I needed to update payment option. I thought well maybe a card problem went back and now instead of 11.99 it is asking for 23.98. I figure what the heck and pay it figuring maybe was a misquote on shipping. It says payment accepted then a minute later I get a text saying I need to update my payment information again something went wrong so I click link and on Best Buy it is now asking for 47.98 so the fee is doubling every time. I check my bank account and Best Buy has taken the 11.99 not once but twice and the 23.98 amount also came out. Progress e leasing has also deducted there first Lyme t from my account. Now my order says it will cancel within 24 hours of payment isn’t updated and the 47.98 is paid. I sit on the phone for over an hour with two different people o. Customer service and one tells me my items will be here Monday and the other fees will be refunded but give it till the 19th. How can I give it til the 19th if it says my items are still being gotten ready and site still says they will cancel my order if the payment source this isn’t updated. I should of just taken free shipping g it was 0.00$ due but I chose to pay extra. So am I going to get my order or am I screwed this has been very frustrating and no one can give me a straight answer. If not can you just cancel my early delivery and refund my shipping fees and I will wait one extra day to receive the items. I will never use Best Buy app or site ever again if this is the normal.

Neither is customer service for immediate assistance since no one can figure out what is going on. My items are due Monday still saying getting them ready and now my DualShock and game slotted for Tuesday. I have paid over a 100 bucks for 11.99 shipping and now site wants 89 more dollars and order is stuck on getting ready I just want an answer and can’t get one. How hard is it for someone to go to order : {removed per forum guidelines} and see I paid my pet well over and there is an issue and to resolve that issue.. I give up when it refunds I will just use amazon..

The 1-888-BestBuy number is your best bet if you can’t wait a few days for them to get to your post. Yes, there is a wait. With all the people ordering from home and doing things they normally would do in the store that should be understood.

You shouldn’t post your order number publicly. It’s in the rules for your safety.

I already used the Best Buy number they were stumped and had no solution so was sent here. They could see how my 11.99 was removed twice then it started doubling and was not allowing my order to ship so guess this is where we are at I would love a number directly to corporate.

There isn’t a corporate phone number, our phone support is handled through 1-888-BestBuy. If you’d like to speak to someone at corporate, wait for them to reach your post here. The moderators all work out of corporate.
