Upset

I purchased an elliptical from Best Buy on cyber Monday, December 2, 2019 about seven days later they informed me that it was on back order because it was originally supposed to be delivered December 21 in time for Christmas on January 11 when it was supposed to be re-delivered I received a phone call and email and then another email letting me know that the elliptical would be delivered within 10 minutes when I called and spoke to somebody after it wasn’t delivered within two hours they told me I could return for refund or rebuy it and pay the regular price as of now I still haven’t received the product I want to cancel the product and they charged my credit card twice. As far as I’m concerned Best Buy stole my money as I have not received my product I have called numerous times I have been on hold for about two hours. I am not calling again because I am not really explaining the situation again.

Thanks for joining the Best Buy Community forums. I apologize for the delay in getting that elliptical machine over to you, and that you are seeing a double charge on your card for this. That's a long time to wait for a product, and a missing Christmas gift is always a disappointment.
