We're sad to hear that you order was cancelled, and I can certainly understand wanting clarification on the reason why. As user bobberuchi mentioned, if the information listed on the "Bill To" section of your order doesn't match exactly what your banking institute has on file, this can cause cancellation.We'd suggest reviewing this information on your order and with your banking institute.
